Return/Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds but exchanges or credits only.

We ask that you notify us within three days of the package delivery that you want to return or exchange the item and your reasons for needing to make the return or exchange.

The item(s) need to be shipped back to us within a week's time. We can provide a return label for you when you message us.

And please communicate with us if there are circumstances that prevent you from returning within the week. Once our customer service team is made aware, we can grant you an exception and take it from there.
