Refund policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
If your AWAVEAWAKE piece does not work for you we can offer you an exchanges or shop credit. Exchange/credit must be fulfilled within 6 months of the time of your original purchase date.
We ask that you notify us within three days of the package delivery that you want to return or exchange the item and your reasons for the needing to process and exchange.
The item(s) need to be shipped back to us within a week's time. If there are circumstances that prevent you from doing so please communicate with our customer service team so that we can be made aware the situation and offer you an exception.
